How do I place an order?
You can place an order through the website, e-mail, social networks or contact our consultant by phone.
What is the lead time of the order?
Lead time of 1-2 business days, in order for the order to be delivered on the day of ordering,it must be placed by 7:00 pm.
What are the possible payment methods?

How long will the balloons float?
In addition to helium, we fill all latex balloons with a special gel that extends the floating time of the balloons to 3-4 days.
Foil balloons made of impermeable mica foil have different properties - they will float much longer - depending on the shape (from a week to a month).
Some factors adversely affect the durability of balloons and can shorten their float time.
These are primarily:
-Conditioning
-Storing balloons for long periods of time at too low or high a temperature
-Pounding and squeezing a balloon
-Exposure to heat sources and sunlight
Can a ticket be attached to the order?
Of course! With each order we add a ticket, on which can be any inscription.
Can you create your own bouquet or balloon set?
Yes, if you don't like any of our ready-made bouquets or balloon kits please contact us with the details of your order.
How to take care of flowers?
Each bouquet comes with a card with instructions on how to care for the bouquet and the flowers in the box.
The most important rules on how to prolong the freshness of flowers:
-Flowers should be watered
-Cut the ends
-Keep away from radiators and other heat sources
